By purchasing from Vevi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy. We make every effort to display product details, colors, and images accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography and screen settings. All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. In case of pricing or availability errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments via [UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Razorpay, etc.]. Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available initially. Orders are shipped within [1-2 working days] and delivered within 2-7 working days], depending on the location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Products can be returned or exchanged within [1 days] of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Certain items (e.g., customized products, sale items) are non-returnable. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within [2-3 working days].   • Customer dissatisfaction due to size/fit issues where correct size chart was provided.

You agree not to misuse our Website, attempt fraudulent transactions, or engage in activities that may harm Vevi or its customers. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts.

At Vevi, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Customized or tailored-to-measure products, Discounted or sale items, Accessories (if applicable), Products that show signs of wear, damage, or stains. Exchanges are allowed only for size or color of the same product (subject to availability). If the desired size/color is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.  Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes our quality check. In case of COD orders (if introduced later), refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Return/Exchange Process:

  2. Share your order ID and reason for return/exchange.

  3. We will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or guide you to self-ship the product.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange/refund.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund. Reverse pickup charges may apply in case of size-related returns. Vevi reserves the right to decline a return/exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
